Angélique and Fabrice of Finesse Cuisine Catering run a specialist wedding catering business and cater for both English and French weddings.
They have worked on many different wedding projects at various types of venues, including châteaux, mansions, parks and gardens. A marquee serves as their base and mobile kitchen.

Angélique, our Head of Reception and Floor Manager, can help you decide on the presentation, decor and theme for your tables and tableware, and guide you step by step throughout each stage of the event.
Fabrice graduated in 1988 from a French cooking and baking school, and has since served in some of the finest restaurants in France and also overseas.
He has worked alongside such renowned chefs as M. Christian Willer (head chef of the Francais Martinez Palace in Cannes), Guy Santoro, current Head Chef at the Intercontinental in Mexico City, and Jean Yves Leurenguer, winner of the Best Craftsman in France award in 1996 and current Chef at the famous Fouquet's restaurant in Paris. He also worked alongside Bernard Guillaudin and François Sicalac at the famous Parisian restaurant La Tour d'Argent.
Fabrice now works for himself and together with his partner Angelique they run Finesse Cuisine. They take pleasure in sharing with their clients their years of experience and expertise.
